Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials. This information is necessary to provide and secure your account.

Content You Provide

We process the messages, prompts, and files you submit to the Service so that our AI agents can respond to them. When you upload a document, its contents are extracted and processed to make the document usable within your workspace. This content is used to deliver the feature you requested; we do not use it for advertising.

Browser Extension Data

When you use the Consens Wingman extension on a supported AI platform (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini), the extension reads the content of your active conversation on that page and transmits it — together with the messages you send through the Wingman — to our servers to provide context for AI responses. The extension stores your authentication session locally on your device using the browser’s extension storage. It reads page content only on the AI platforms you explicitly enable, and it does not track your browsing history or monitor your activity on other websites.

Usage Data

We collect usage counters — such as the number of requests you make, features you use, and general interaction patterns — to manage your subscription and improve the Service. We do not collect the content of your conversations or workflows for analytics purposes.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or banking details on our servers. We receive billing status and subscription-tier information from Stripe to manage your account.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Generate AI responses to your prompts and conversation context
• Process billing and manage your subscription
• Monitor usage against your plan’s request allowances
• Communicate with you about updates, security, and support
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We rely on the following third-party services to operate. Each acts as a processor on our behalf and has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

• OpenRouter— LLM routing for AI agent responses. Your prompts and conversation content are transmitted to OpenRouter (and the underlying model providers it routes to) to generate responses.
• LlamaParse— Document parsing. Files you upload may be sent to LlamaParse to extract their text content for use in your workspace.
• Stripe— Payment processing and subscription management.
• Resend— Delivery of transactional email such as account verification and password-reset messages.

Our application and database are hosted on our own servers in the United States. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of the providers listed above.

When you delete your account or individual projects, data is soft-deleted first and then permanently purged after a retention period of thirty (30) days, unless a longer period is required to comply with legal, tax, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Export your data in a portable format
